March 16, 2008

Justin Phillips, of W.     Smith won his first indoor 600cc micro sprint feature by pressuring current points leader Timex Morgan on their final turn.
The Slingshots by Tobias' 100-time feature winner is running the No. 2X JHM Tree Service PMP-GSXR in selected Northeastern events. Perrego, 12, won Mototown's first Slingshot feature by holding off Kyle Rohmer the whole way.     The Slingshots were making one of their first New England appearances. The half-scaled spec dirt modified stock cars are to return with the New York State Mini Sprint Association here April 19.
Marc Guerard can call himself "Mr. Mototown" after winning another 750cc micro sprint main. Edward Leclerc and heat winner Ted Christopher chased the Ciammella Contracting No. 95 Henchcraft-GSXR home.
Ryan Charland put his new No. 10c H&E- Kawasaki to winning use in the Modified Lite main over Joe Anselmo and points leader Sherman Baumann.
    D. Jacobs and his No. 21 1995 Volkswagen Jetta got the drop on Joe Jacobs and Brad Voglesong in the four-cylinder street stock main.
Rocco made his best "for sale" advertisement on his No. 6 Chevrolet Camaro by winning the eight-cylinder street stock feature over Jay Pepin and points leader Jonathan Routhier. NEETS enduro champ Richard Petey, of Hackettstown, joined fellow former Wall (N.J.) Speedway titlist Bill Vanderveen on the starting grid.
