EXCITEMENT BUILDS FOR SEPTEMBER 27th & 28th
TWIN STATE SPEEDWAY FALL OPEN SHOW

The biggest event in Twin State Speedway history, the New England Outdoor Furnace two day event, is shaping up to be the 'must attend' open show in the region. The event's unique format allows racing teams and fans to enjoy full fendered racing excitement on Saturday, highlighted by the returning Pro Stocks with a 50 lap feature event, and Sunday is the day for open wheeled speed with the True Value Modifieds topping an action packed day of racing.
Saturday's event will be jam packed with qualifying and feature racing for 8 divisions including the regular weekly Youth Sportsman, Strictly Stocks, Super Streets and Late Models along with the traveling Allison Legacy Tour and All Star Trucks. The Main Event of the day will be a 50 lap Pro Stock open event with a confirmed drivers list that promises to make this race a fan favorite. Teams from all over the region including Russ Hersey, Bryon Baker, Jeff Zuidema, Chris Wilk, Walt Hammond, Guy Caron and Aaron Fellows have all made their intentions to make the return of the Pro Stocks a race to remember.
On Sunday morning the fenders disappear and the ground-pounding TVMRS Modifieds take center stage with the Ricky Miller Memorial 100. The Miller family has gone to great lengths to make this race something special for the racers and fans alike. Along with a huge fundraising effort that is going to benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp in Ricky's name, Donnie Miller and family has donated a $1000.00 cash door prize for one lucky fan to win and has arranged for free admission for every competing True Value Modified driver. Please visit www.rickysraceforkids.com for more info. Expected entries include: Multi time Modified champion Dwight Jarvis, former National Champion Peter Daniels, 30-time TVMRS feature event winner Kirk Alexander and the list goes on... It has also been announced that the winner of this event is an automatic qualifier for the North/South shootout in North Carolina. This is going to be an unforgettable day for Modified racing at the historic Claremont N.H. Oval.
Along with the TVMRS 100 lapper, the Northeast Midget Racing Association will return to TSS to wow the fans again with their incredible speed and tight action. Bobby Santos is slated to race in this event adding to the already talented field. Weighing less than 1000lbs and producing more than 350hp, the Midgets are an awesome sight. Rounding out the show are the Pro 4 modifieds and the Twin State Pepsi Modifieds.
Track owner Dennis Fleury has been putting the finishing touches on a brand new trackside camping area off of turn two at the track. For $50.00, fans will be able to park their self contained RVs for the entire race event putting them inches from the action on the track. For more info contact Dennis at the Speedway office.
On Friday Sept. 26th , all eligible teams will be able to participate in an open practice session from 2pm till 6pm allowing teams to dial their cars in for the weekend. Saturday the practice starts at 9am and post time is 1pm. Sunday the practice starts at 10am with the green flag dropping at 1pm as well. For more info please visit www.twinstatespeedway.net.
