THIRD ANNUAL PROMOTERS SUMMIT HAS A LOT TO OFFER FOR
THOSE INVOLVED IN THE BUSINESS OF MOTORSPORTS

The future of motorsports, emerging technologies, government regulations and how promoters can be proactive in the face of the challenges to come will be part of the presentation being offered by Circle Track magazine editor Rob Fisher at the upcoming Promoters Summit.
“With a lot of change facing the industry we feel Fisher’s presentation will have a lot of interest,” said Summit organizer Ernie Saxton. “I know that I am looking forward to it. There is so much to learn.”
The Promoters Summit takes place on Friday, January 22nd and is part of the 25th annual Motorsports 2010 Presented by StreetBlaze 100 Race Car and Trade Show at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA. Hours for the Summit are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The show, featuring just about everything imaginable in motorsports, runs from January 22nd through Sunday, January 24th with doors opening at 3 p.m. on the 22nd.
Summit attendees will also be able to hear the latest on the legal front and have their questions answered by Ms. MeriJ. VanBalcrom-Gupko of Wiley Malehorn Sirota and Raynes, Attorneys.
Jeremy Davidson, formerly of NASCAR Public Relations, will give a presentation about Internet marketing for short tracks. Davidson has 11 years of motorsports marketing and communications experience and recently launched his own agency that specializes in Internet marketing for the sports industry. Davidson's presentation will focus on how short tracks can effectively market themselves online using search engines, social media and other technologies.
A promoter’s panel will give promoters and others involved in presenting auto racing events the opportunity to compare notes and learn what is working in the industry.
A fan panel and driver panel are also being created.
NASCAR will provide lunch for the attendees registered to be a part of the five hour program.
K&K Insurance will host a reception for invited promoters from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The Third Annual Promoters Summit will be offering highly informative sessions in an effort to assist promoters and others involved in the business of motorsports to go forward in these challenging times.
