The
8th Annual Southern Tier Speedworld presented by Mike & Michelle Stolarcyk
Car & Truck Center in Whitney Point, NY and Country Town Auto Service in
Kirkwood, NY sees show space filling up quickly for the free admission car
show that takes place at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City, NY from Friday
March 4th to Sunday evening March 6th.
In my eight years of promoting this free admission car show this is the
earliest I have ever had this many entries said Show Promoter Robin Oltz.
Personally I think many racing teams are actually seeing the big benefits
they get from having their racecar displayed in a local non racing venue
that offers free admission all weekend long. Plus I have to give a nod to
all of the local speedways who have already committed their attendance for
the show too. As it is an excellent opportunity to get their name out in
front of the non racing public.
With just a little over one month before show time space is beginning to
become very tight inside the Oakdale Mall. Robin reminds anyone who plans on
having their car on display that they need to let him know as soon as
possible so he can reserve space for them. Robin can be contacted at
607-797-3683 or via email at
oesracing@stny.rr.com.
Confirmed entries for Southern Tier Speedworld are as follows; IMCA

Butler have entered along with the Dragster of Dave Conner, while Tony
